After you find your fresh veggies and coffee at the Farmer's Market, head down the street to the Local Color Studio Gallery and join us for a morning of watercolor painting!

My workshops are designed for the total beginner, so if you've never painted before, you're in the right place. Our main focus for this workshop will be birds. The first part of the workshop will be dedicated to learning basic watercolor technique, from mixing color to using your paintbrush. We will then dive into learning how to paint birds, focusing on blending color, adding detail, and layering. By the end of the workshop, you'll have your own watercolor birds to take home. :)

All you need to bring is your lovely self, maybe a friend, and everything else will be taken care of! Included in the cost of the workshop is a watercolor kit and supply list (so you don't have any excuse not to practice when you get home), as well as some light snacks. 

After the workshop, the May We Fly Studio Shop will be open and all participants will have an opportunity to shop for 15% off.
